WHAT IS A CELLOASIS RETREAT?
A Celloasis Retreat is an immersive hour of live cello music for healing, rest, and creative expression offered by cellist, Sharon Gerber. Rather than a traditional concert, this musical retreat offers space to experience the music in whatever way feels natural, whether listening, journaling, sketching, creating, meditating, worshiping, or simply being still.
At the heart of Celloasis is the belief that music is a gift from God with the power to heal, refresh, and inspire. From deeply contemplative tones to soaring melodies, the voice of the cello speaks the language of the soul, inviting you to slow down and receive that gift, with no expectations.

There is no right way to spend the hour. Settle into a chair, stretch out on the floor, create, close your eyes, or simply listen.

THE CELLIST
The sound of the cello has been a deep oasis of refreshment and inspiration to me for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are of falling asleep to the sound of my dad playing the cello. Today, I have the privilege of playing that same cello.
Over the years, through performing, teaching, raising my daughters, and walking through seasons of both profound joy and loss, the sound of the cello has been a constant source of comfort, beauty, and hope.
Celloasis grew from my desire to share that beautiful oasis with others and to create a space to step away from the noise, slow down, and simply be, with no expectations.

Choose your space.
Provide a warm, welcoming setting where guests can settle in comfortably. We'll work together to determine the ideal gathering size for your space.
Choose how you'll host.
Hosting fees begin at $750. You can cover the fee and invite your guests for free, sell tickets, or invite a sponsor to help fund the gathering.
I bring Celloasis.
I bring the live cello music, sound equipment, and everything needed musically to create the experience.
We make it happen together.
We’ll work together on the details to create a peaceful oasis where your guests can step away from the noise, slow down, and simply be.
